I have been looking into MCDVoice, McDonald's customer feedback survey, and I am curious about the program's overall effectiveness.

While many people participate to share their opinions and receive promotional offers, I would like to know whether customers feel that their feedback genuinely contributes to improvements in service, food quality, or restaurant cleanliness.

A few questions I would love to hear your thoughts on:
Have you noticed any changes at your local McDonald's after providing feedback through mcdvoice?

Are you of the opinion that the survey questions are sufficiently in-depth to reflect your experience? Have you ever reported an issue through the survey? If so, was it resolved?

Do you find the survey process to be time-consuming or frustrating in any way? Do rewards and incentives motivate participation, or would you still complete the survey without them?

How does the survey perform in comparison to desktop computers on mobile devices? I am interested in hearing both positive and critical experiences so that we can better understand how useful MCDVoice is for customers and for McDonald's itself.
